We design and install cooling pipework with COOL-FIT 2.0 from GF Piping Systems. PE100 carrier pipe, insulation and protective jacket leave the factory as one pipe: corrosion-free, no insulation to add on site, up to 110 mm diameter. Our fitters are trained by GF in laying, installation and assembly.

System and structure
COOL-FIT 2.0 is a 3-in-1 pipe: the PE100 carrier pipe inside, closed-cell rigid foam around it, and a protective jacket outside. Pipes, fittings and valves are pre-insulated and joined by electrofusion.

The fusion unit stores the data of every weld for the documentation. Transitions to metal pipes, valves and equipment are made with the manufacturer's system adapters.

Our focus is the Basel region: Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft and the Fricktal. We also work in the rest of north-western Switzerland and in French-speaking Switzerland, for example in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Valais, and in Ticino by arrangement. We speak German and French.
