Hygienic design in practice
We work with stainless steel 1.4301 (304) and 1.4404 (316L). Product lines are welded by the TIG or orbital process with root shielding, so that the inside stays smooth and no heat tint forms. Connections to your standard: welded, clamp, dairy coupling or flange.
When routing, we pay attention to a fall for drainage, short branches without dead legs, accessible cleaning points and pipe supports that do not form dirt traps. After welding, the welds are pickled and passivated on request.
